Hi, I’m Iman

Ex-Head of Ecommerce Turned Shopify Developer

For 12 years I ran ecommerce for 8-figure DTC brands, owning the storefront and P&L, managing the external partners, and answering for the outcome.

I saw firsthand what stalls growth: endless handoffs, development queues, and storefront work that shipped without anyone asking what number it needed to move.

Now I design, develop, and optimize Shopify stores. Strategy leads every engagement, and business outcomes decide what ships.

FAQS

Which retainer is right for us?

If you need someone to own the storefront strategy, CRO roadmap, design, development, and ongoing optimization, choose Storefront Optimization. If your DTC leadership already owns the strategy and priorities, choose the Shopify Development Partner retainer.

Do all engagements start with an Audit?

No. The CRO & UX Audit is a fixed project you can buy on its own, and it's a good first step when nobody has looked at the storefront in a while. If you already know what needs to happen, a retainer can start with the work itself.

Are landing pages part of the CRO retainer or a separate project?

Both are true. Performance Landing Pages is its own fixed project: strategy, design, and Shopify development for the campaigns you're already paying to put in front of people. Inside the Storefront Optimization retainer, landing pages get built whenever the data says they're the next priority on the roadmap.

Can you work with our Head of Ecommerce or paid-media agency?

Yes. That's the Shopify Development Partner retainer: your leadership owns the strategy and the priorities, and I bring the senior Shopify development, design judgment, and ecommerce context. I don't run paid media. Ads own the click, I own everything after it, so working alongside your media agency is the normal setup.

How is this different from a dev agency?

A dev agency puts your ticket in a queue and closes it. Nobody asks why the work exists or what it should do for the business. I ran ecommerce for DTC brands before I built storefronts for them, so the first question is always which number the work should move. Then one person owns the strategy, the design, and the Shopify build through launch.

Do you work in retainers or projects?

Both. The two retainers are the main way I work, and the difference between them is who owns the roadmap: Storefront Optimization when that's me, the Shopify Development Partner retainer when your team owns it. The CRO & UX Audit and Performance Landing Pages are fixed projects you can buy on their own.

How long is a typical engagement?

As long as the work keeps earning its place. The Audit and Performance Landing Pages are fixed projects with a defined scope. The retainers are ongoing by design: storefront optimization compounds, and each cycle of data, testing, and building sets up the next. What I don't do is hold work in a queue to stretch an engagement.
